  • Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST automatically move into the next business day’s processing queue to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or during holidays begin processing on the next available business day. This helps guarantee that every order receives the full attention it deserves.

Additional Processing for Custom or Large Orders

  • Customized items: If you request personalization, such as a unique print, custom artwork, or any design tailored specifically to your order, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing. During this time, our design team prepares the artwork, checks for accuracy, and ensures your order matches your specifications.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders: Orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days for processing, depending on stock availability, production capacity, and order scale. We aim to complete these orders efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality.

  • To qualify for same-day processing, orders must be submitted before 7:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after this time automatically roll into the next business day’s queue.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery

  • Fashionbrandsvg partners with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (DHL service is available in select regions).

  • The carrier for your order is selected based on package size, destination, and the fastest, most reliable delivery route.

  • Our goal is to ensure your package arrives safely, securely, and in a timely manner, using the most efficient shipping method available.

Shipping Fees

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to all domestic orders.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we cannot ship to:

    • Alaska & Hawaii

    • U.S. Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa

    • P.O. Boxes

    • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • These restrictions are due to carrier limitations and logistical challenges. We continue to explore ways to expand our shipping options to include these locations in the future.

  • Once your order is packaged and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS if you opted for text notifications.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update and begin showing your package’s movement.
