To initiate a modification or cancellation during this window, customers must contact our team through one of the following official channels:

The official time of your request is determined by the timestamp of your support ticket or the exact time your email is received in our system. Only requests submitted within the 4-hour window are eligible for guaranteed processing.

B. When the Timeframe Has Expired
Once the 4-hour adjustment window has passed, your order enters the active production and fulfillment phase. At this point, it is considered locked into our system and can no longer be altered or canceled due to production scheduling, material allocation, and automated processing.

Because our fulfillment workflow moves quickly to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee any changes to size, design, color, shipping method, address details, or product adjustments after this period. All orders continuing beyond the 4-hour window are treated as final.

If a requested change is submitted too late and the item proceeds to shipment, the customer remains fully responsible for the purchase price. If the customer wishes to return or exchange the item once received, standard return procedures will apply, including any associated return shipping costs. Ensuring timely action within the adjustment period is essential for avoiding additional inconvenience or fees.

A. Customer Obligation to Verify Address Details
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm that all address fields—including street number, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code—are correct at the moment of purchase.
