TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

1. Our contract with you with respect to your order (the “Contract”):
1.1. What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.
1.2. Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the Contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
1.3. How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
1.4. If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product.
1.5. Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order.

2.1. Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
2.2. Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

3. Your rights to make changes
3.1. If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us.

4. Our rights to make changes
4.1. Minor changes to the products. We may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
4.2. More significant changes. We may notify you and allow cancellation with refund if necessary.

5. Providing the products
5.1. Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
5.2. When we will provide the products. We will let you know during checkout.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5.4. Collection by you. If you asked to collect products, we’ll notify you when they’re ready.
5.5. If you are not at home when the product is delivered. We’ll leave instructions for redelivery.
5.6. If you do not re-arrange delivery. We may charge storage or cancel the order.
5.7. Your legal rights if we deliver goods late. You may cancel the order in certain cases.

6. Refunds and your rights to end the Contract
6.1. If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, we will refund the cost (less shipping and handling).
6.2. You can always end your Contract with us. Depending on the reason, refunds may apply.
6.3. Ending the Contract because of something we have done or are going to do.
6.4. When you don’t have the right to change your mind. For example, for hygiene-sealed items.
6.6. How long do I have to change my mind? Typically 14 days after receiving goods.

7. How to end the Contract with us (including if you have changed your mind)
7.1. Tell us you want to end the Contract by one of the following:
– Visit the Website and cancel in your account.
– Write to us at support@fashionbrandsvg.com. Include your name, address, and order details.

8. Price and payment
8.1. Prices are shown at checkout including taxes and fees.
8.2. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding.
8.3. If you think an invoice is wrong, contact us immediately.

9. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
9.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach, but not for unforeseeable losses.
